Bid to Win a Guest-Star Appearance in PC Weenies #1000!

The winning bidder of this auction can choose to have him/her (or their loved one) appear in cartoon form alongside the characters from The PC Weenies webcomic.

The PC Weenies is a single panel webcomic with a strong focus on technology humor and geek culture. The cartoon has a sizeable following from technology enthusiasts, IT professionals, engineers, and computer scientists worldwide, and has appeared both in publications (EE Times, What PC? Magazine, The BENT) and online (CNet's news.com).

Once the bidding is over, the winner will be contacted for two photo references of him/her, and some additional information to personalize the toon. The artist will create a quality sketch and send it over for approval (up to two revisions). Once the recipient has OK'd the sketch, work on the digital portion will commence.

PLEASE NOTE: The 1000th toon will run on pcweenies.org on approximately March 21st, 2007 and the winning sketch / color print will be mailed to the winning bidder shortly after that point.

In addition to the winner's appearance within the 1000th toon, the winner will also receive the ORIGINAL autographed sketch (on 9" x 12" 50 lb acid-free paper) AND an autographed 8.5" x 11" color print of the completed toon.

As an extra bonus, the winner will also receive TWO additional sketches, taken directly from Krishna's latest sketchbook.
