Welcome to the Create a Comic Project blog on Comixtalk. Material here is largely reprinted from the original CCP Blog, though summarized to focus less on minutia and more on general points.
The purpose will be to communicate some of the "lessons learned" I've gathered from running the CCP. Material on this blog will include: lessons I've learned about how to teach the CCP, what it is I'm teaching, and anecdotes about the kids and individual sessions. I'll also post any major announcements concerning the CCP here.
This blog, like the original, is meant to serve as a first-person account of the Create a Comic Project, so that others can hopefully learn how to replicate its success in their own locality.
