Oops! My news for today was supposed to be about BVC's new short story "Elysium" but it seems that Comicon's The Pulse has relaunched its "Intro to Webcomics" series and today's featured title is Shades. So I ought to mention that, really.

Ah, well ... take your pick! Read about "Elysium" in the BVC Forum, go see the first two pages of Elysium pencils in our "Workshop" section or read about Shades at The Pulse. Whichever you choose - it's all good stuff!

Thanks, Scott.Â Â The Shades

Thanks, Scott.Â Â The Shades article hasÂ been in Jen's pending tray for a while now (convention season got in the way, I guess!), so some of the details are a little out of date already.Â I think it's still a useful intro to the comic, though.

(The only real shame is that I wasn't able to sneak in an update mentioning Graphic Smash - ah well ... maybe Tim will forgive me eventually!)
