The next Seattle Drink 'n' Draw is scheduled for next week, Friday December 12, at our new regular hangout The Old Pequliar. I'm actually going to be out of town for this one, so you'll be left to the tender ministrations of one solo-flying Adam Watson, a strange and twisted creature we found abandoned in a stained shoebox in a gutter in Sao Paolo. He responds to his name and to sharp, short commands, but is confused by bright lights and may attack if he feels threatened. Wear gloves and eye protection at all times, and please remember that he interprets smiles as bared teeth signalling aggression. Other than that, he’s a sweetheart. Oh, and he may mark the furniture. Last month’s D’n’D was a blast and very well-attended, and I know that the holidays are encroaching and making sort of a mess of everyone’s free time, but you could do a lot worse than drop in and partake of the fun. I’m actually sorry that I won’t be therem, but then again I’ll be enjoying seventy-two degree weather and sun all day long, so maybe actually I’m only a little bit sorry.
