I thought I would post a status update because people (bless you for caring) have been asking ...

I think I will put Ice on official hiatus until further notice. I'm currently neck deep in my new SLG project (they have yet to get me a contract, so I've no idea what I'm able to talk about; will err on side of caution), have started doing a Sunday Comic Strip for the Halifax Chronicle-Herald (all things going well, it'll start running on April 13th) and am working on other mysterious things that I can't talk about.

I'm also back at work, y'know, payin' the rent with my fulltime job and all. Which hopefully will continue, fingers crossed (oh animation industry, you are so very stressful). So yeah. Hiatus for Ice for the next while, I think. I'm not sure when I'll be able to get back on it. I'm currently behind in my SLG project, and I want to get caught up with that before I start up again with my free stuff, so let's say tentatively ... June? Sure. As always, keep this LJ friended so you don't miss things when they start up again, and when eventually SLG gets me my contract and I can talk about stuff. Yay.

I really appreciate your patience with this. And I appreciate the occasional "we miss you!" email as well. Makes me feel loved. :)

Here's where you can find me during the online comic drought: My sketchblog, for sketchy art stuff (also contains art from nem0 and Adam Boorman, two fellow artist types), my normal blog (where I occasionally post stupid comics), and my DA account. These things tend to get updated even when I have no time, probably because they're easy to update and I don't feel like I'm up and disappearing from the internets.
