Portal Site Not Working

Sorry the portal site is still down - I think I know how to fix it - it's probably a db error resulting from yesterday's server issues but I probably won't have time to get to it until tonight.  I'll certainly try to get to it earlier if I can.

Had Server Troubles All Day

 If stuff's broken this week just assume it's because there's something going on with the server.  People are trying to help me sort it out - so hopefully it'll all clear up soon enough.

Just clicked on the Portal

Just clicked on the Portal link and it says "no sites listed".

The library seems pretty well broken too. Or is that just me? Says I'm not authorized to view.
