I want to add a shop to my website, but I have no idea where to begin. Which services offer the best products as well as the best cuts to what I sell?

You should probably decide what you're going to sell (and whether anyone would buy it) before you worry about how. It's relatively easy to use Paypal for example to accept payments for things you sell.
